Terms and Conditions (User Agreement)

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the online store pattaya-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing goods through the website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement. The current version is always available on the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Order Placement and Payment

3.1. The order is considered placed after confirmation by the Seller.

3.2. Payment for goods is made only by 100% prepayment.

3.3. Cash on delivery and payment upon receipt are not available.

3.4. After receiving payment, the Seller proceeds with order processing and shipping.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery terms and methods are specified in the “Shipping” section.

4.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided.

4.3. All customs duties, taxes and fees (if any) are paid by the Buyer.

5. Return and Exchange of Goods

5.1. Return of goods is possible only in case of defect or significant discrepancy with the description.

5.2. To return, the Buyer must provide photo/video proof of the defect within 3 days from receipt of the parcel.

5.3. Refund is made after the Seller receives and inspects the returned goods.

5.4. Goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by transport companies or postal services.

6.2. The Seller is not responsible for actions of customs authorities of the recipient’s country.

6.3. The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the ordered goods.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not transferred to third parties, except for transport companies.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the court at the Seller’s location.

8.3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the Buyer places an order on the website.
