Original Recipe: Shrimp Tom Yum
- Submerge the sealed packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, and the paste will come out easily.
- Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of water in a saucepan.
- Add the contents of the Lobo packet into the boiling water and stir well.
- Add 200 g of deveined shrimps (or chicken) and 100 g of sliced mushrooms (straw mushrooms or button mushrooms). Cook until done.
- Add fish sauce or salt, and fresh lime juice to taste. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
