Polygot tablets — Thai tablets for migraine with ergotamine and caffeine

Polygot tablets are Thai migraine tablets containing 1 mg of ergotamine tartrate and 100 mg of caffeine per tablet. The combination helps constrict over‑dilated cerebral blood vessels and relieve migraine and migraine‑type headaches. Polygot tablets are intended for short‑term use only, under medical supervision, due to the vasoconstrictive properties of ergotamine. They are contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding, uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and in patients taking other vasoactive drugs.
